What results to expect, and when

AI answers move slowly and unevenly. This is what a typical first 90 days looks like, and what you will see each week while it happens.

The first 90 days, week by week

Week 1: Set up

  • Tracked question set built from your business
  • Baseline: every question asked to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
  • Fix pack ready to paste
  • Listings checklist

Weeks 2–6: Foundation live

  • Fixes verified live on your site
  • First articles published
  • Listings claimed
  • Weekly reports showing every change

Weeks 6–12: Answers start to move

  • AI starts quoting your pages
  • First questions won (typical, not promised)
  • Content aimed at the questions still lost

Day 90: Guarantee check

  • Baseline vs weeks 11–13, measured automatically
  • Not higher? Month 4 is free, no request needed

How to read your numbers

Every number traces back to an answer you can read.

Named

“AI named you in 8 of 40 answers”

Out of every answer to your tracked questions this week, how many mentioned you. The plainest measure.

Score

Visibility score, 0 to 100

Like “named”, but being named first counts more than being named fourth. It moves when you climb inside answers, not only when you appear.

Wins

Questions won and lost

A question is won when at least one assistant names you for it this week. The report lists new wins and anything you lost.

Rivals

Who AI named instead

The businesses AI recommends for your questions, counted across every answer. Often not the rivals you expect.

What is normal

Weeks with no change

Normal, especially in the first month. AI assistants re-read the web on their own schedule, so improvements arrive in steps.

A score that drops

Answers vary from one ask to the next and rivals publish too. Look at the trend over several weeks, not one point.

Winning in one assistant first

Common. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity read different sources, so one usually moves before the others.

Fields that move slowly

Law, medicine and finance take longer because AI is more cautious there. The guarantee still applies.

If AI doesn’t name you more often at day 90 than at your baseline, month 4 is free.

We compare how often the AI assistants we track name you across your tracked questions in your first week (the baseline) with weeks 11 to 13. If the later rate is not higher, your fourth monthly charge is waived automatically.
